Days Inn & Suites utilizes the "Valet Connection" airport shuttles which run 24 hours a day. We also have a daily shuttle service to the airport running every half hour, and an on demand shuttle service from the Detroit Metro Airport to the hotel. With booking a reservation through ParkSleepFly, your vehicle will be valeted to a gated and secure facility (The Valet Connections lot) that is just around the corner from our hotel. Your vehicle will then be returned the day that your flight arrives back at Detroit Metro Airport, cutting out any extra stress and hassle of having to move the vehicle yourself and catch multiple shuttles to the airport!

We were only there to sleep for a bit before our flight. Unfortunately, the front desk did not give us the wake up call we requested. We were lucky that we happened to wake up and realize that we had to run.

We could not find your hotel listed on and info panel by the elevators so we did not know how to contact you that we had arrived half an hour early. Being from Canada we do not have a US cell phone. We were finally picked up about 45 minutes after our flight was in. The porridge on our return at 6:30 a.m. was all dried out and barely warm. We were disappointed as we had been up since 8:30 the morning before and a hot breakfast would have been great. We were supposed to have had a king sized bed both days of our stay, and my husband was disappointed to have two beds. They were fresh and clean though. When we went out to out car the left rear tire was flat. Hopefully it had not been driven to the hotel that way. We got it pumped up and it got us home. Someone had opened the fuel door on the side of the car, but it was hard to tell if any fuel had been removed. Getting to bed sooo late in the morning.. about 7:20 a.m..., we were upset to have been wakened around 10:00 a.m. by housekeeping. We were so tired we did not see the notice to advise not to disturb. I had asked the desk to advise that we were very late getting there. We did appreciate that we had until noon to check out. I have not had a room where there was no place to hang up coats, shirts, pants, or other clothes, or to open a suitcase on off the floor.
