Did not stay shuttles were not available and they suggested I call a taxi. Very rundown facility and poor front desk service. For a few bucks more I parked at airport.
The hotel looked nice on the pictures but once I got to room it was disgusting looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all there was hair everywhere stuff all on the floor pubic hair in the tub and on the sheets. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Close to airport which is what I wanted.
The dirtiest place I have ever stayed. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, anywhere else.
hotel was clean enough but needed some updating and it would have been nice to have the room a little warm when we came in.
This is our second time staying here. Both times were for one night and we are satisfied with our stay.
Very slow picking up
the motel was very clean and safe (single 65yr old woman traveling alone), well lit parking with space in front of my room. staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with info., motel staffed 24/7. all cv-19 precautions were observed, transportation to & from DTW was fast & on time, and courteous. Would definitely consider for future trips.
The front desk folks are nice and helpful but the rooms could use an upgrade and deadbolts on the doors.
Prompt service and friendly staff/drivers. Clean rooms. Hotel was very accommodating with a late check out. Would reccommend to everyone and would stay there again.
Room was cold upon arrival. Took almost 2 hours to heat it to the desired temperature. Heater also was very noisy. Room was tidy. Everything else was satisfactory.
Room was freezing cold when we entered. It took about an hour to warm up. We only had a choice of about 10 TV stations, and they were all terrible reception. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Coffee was horrible. Shuttle service took a while since one driver services several hotels. But staff was friendly, and it was an economical solution to sleeping and parking for our vacation.
Old and dirty in poor condition. Waited for well over an hour for shuttle when we were leaving from hotel. When we returned we had to call twice to get a ride and we waited for over forty five minutes. The front desk clerk was trying hard to help when we left. When we returned and we called the front desk clerk could care less.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The check in area looks presentable and clean, but do not let that fool you! The rooms were filthy. The sheets were visibly soiled and had cigarette burns in them. The floors had obviously not been vacuumed in months. I didn’t even brave a peek into the bathroom! The best part; they refused to refund my money or to offer me a different room! We were traveling with another couple and their room was equally as repulsive. If you have any hygiene standards at all don’t stay here!
This hotel was disgusting! We ended up there as a last resort after we received a call from parksleepfly that the hotel we reserved was unavailable. We checked in, went to the room, literally walked in and back out within 20 seconds when we saw stains on the bedspread and carpet, and went back to our car. We spent 25 min trying to find another hotel, and when we went back to tell the desk clerk that we wanted a refund, we were told "it's been longer than 15 min, no refund" as if they rent by the hour! Disgusting and rude. Save your money!
Night staff was very nice, hotel was quiet.
Disgusting. Room reeked of cigarettes, filthy old carpets and freezing. Van took 45 minutes to arrive. PSF called me right before I was leaving for my trip to inform me that my original reservation was canceled. With just a few minutes to find another hotel, I was stuck with this unpleasant option.
Better than expected. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle was fast and easy. I will stay here again.
